* - Show started with band playing a theme from the movie Young Frankenstein with video projection showing film clips. Movie clips were used in with computer effects on a large screen behind the band all night long.
** - With special guest Mark Guiliana on the cajon.
*** - First time played, with MadDog on lead vocals, Spinal Tap Cover.
**** - With Mark Guiliana on percussion throughout

note:
some "wind noise" on this recording, probably from an on-stage fan.
fairly noticeable during the quiet parts of the show, but not so noticeable for most of the show.
